After litigating employment and commercial disputes for over 25 years, I’ve seen first hand the toll that protracted litigation takes on the parties. This experience led me to obtain a labor and employment mediation certificate from Cornell University. This extensive training, coupled with my experience, provides deep expertise to mediate employment and commercial disputes.
